Development Review Team

Prior to any formal submittal of any new development, the City strongly encourages potential builders & developers to meet with the City's Development Review Team to review your project to make sure it complies with all the City's regulations.  This process is designed to minimize any potential setbacks in the future and ensure the best possible project for Midlothian.

The Development Review Team meets every Thursday.  The deadline to get on that week's meeting is Monday at 12pm.  To meet with the Development Review Team, you will need a set of plans in PDF format for us to review.  To set up an appointment or if you have any questions, please contact:
