Assistant City Manager

The Assistant City Manager oversees the duties and functions of the following departments:

Development Services (Planning, Building Permits & Inspections)
Parks & Recreation
Public Works
Water Treatment Plant

Kristine Day

Kristine has been the Assistant City Manager since June 2016.  Prior to coming to Midlothian, she worked for the City of Kerrville for nine years as the Deputy City Manager.  Throughout her career she has worked for several other municipalities including Corpus Christi, Texas City, and Portland, Texas.  Kristine graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a BS in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Sciences.  She her husband Brett and daughter along with three Great Dane puppies are proud to call Midlothian home.
