Hand-Held Wireless Communication Devices Prohibited

In May 2016 the City Council approved Ordinance 2016-12 which updated the Code of Ordinances Chapter 12 "Traffic and Vehicles" by adding Article 12.05 titled “Use of Hand-held Wireless Communications Device While Operating a Motor Vehicle Prohibited.”
