Burn Permit Required for Any Outdoor Burning

Any outdoor burning (including bonfires) inside the City Limits requires a burn permit issued by the Fire Marshal.  Outdoor burning may only be conducted one hour after sunrise to one hour before sunset.  Outdoor burning at night is prohibited.  Open burning violations are subject to a fine of $1,000.
