- Irrigation systems
- Accessory buildings
- Patio covers/carports
- All flatwork
- Roofing
- Mobile home gas and electrical hookups
- New or remodeled commercial buildings & residences

Contractors must be registered with the City in order to obtain a permit; there is no fee to register. Registration may be completed in person, by email, by fax or through MyGov.
