Meet the City Manager

Chris Dick was appointed as City Manager for Midlothian, Texas, on January 27, 2015, after serving as Interim City Manager. Chris began his service for Midlothian in May of 2007 as Finance Director before being promoted to Assistant City Manager in March 2013. Formerly, Chris served as Assistant Finance Director for Mansfield, Texas, and worked in the private sector. Chris graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Chris is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association and Government Finance Officers Association of Texas. Chris and his wife Valerie are happy to have called Midlothian home since 2002.
