Midlothian Police Department accident reports are now available through the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT).

Accident reports are maintained for five years and copies may be purchased for $6.00 each. You can search for reports using the date of the accident, the drivers name or the location of the accident. This service saves you time and money and makes our office more efficient. If you are unable to locate your accident report through the online service, please contact
