The City Secretary is the public information officer for the City of Midlothian. The City Secretary’s office is responsible for coordinating with all City Departments and ensuring that all open records requests are processed in a timely manner in accordance with the
Texas Public Information Act and city procedures. Please note that all requests for public information must be submitted to the City Secretary's office (
citysecretary@midlothian.tx.us). Requests sent to other departments will not be forwarded.
