Prior to any formal submittal of any new development, the City strongly encourages potential builders & developers to meet with the City's Development Review Committee (DRC) to review your project to make sure it complies with all the City's regulations. This process is designed to minimize any potential setbacks in the future and ensure the best possible project for Midlothian.
