Outdoor exercise equipment is now available off the back patio of the Center where Seniors can have fun while staying phisically fit.
We offer chair exercises daily 10:00AM - 10:30AM
Yoga meditation every Tuesday 1:00PM - 2:00PM
Daily group walking sessions after lunch, weather permitting
