In order to participate in this program, residents must purchase a voucher from the City of Midlothian Utility Billing office. The first 100 residents living inside the city limits will be charged $20.00, after that the fee will be $47.00. Anyone outside of the city limits will be required to pay the $47.00 fee.

Fines and tickets may be paid at the City of Midlothian Municipal Court, which is located at 1150 N. Highway 67, Suite 200. Assistance is provided for payment of traffic fines, warrants, court scheduling, truancy and defensive driving. The court clerk may be reached at 972-775-8932 and the hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Follow the link below for online payments.
For assistance with building permits (including pools, sprinklers and fences), inspections, permanent signs, contractor licensing and registration, and certificates of occupancy, please call 972-775-7134.
